Leadership Interaction Style Assessment
Leadership styles are interaction (social) styles used by leaders to influence productivity, engagement, commitment and performance toward desired outcomes. They are a function of the interaction between the person or group with their situation or environment. Leadership styles are a conscious choice and when used appropriately can vary performance outcomes significantly.

ConvergencyPartners' Leadership Interaction Styles Assessment measures the leadership styles an executive relies on most and least. It highlights gaps so that leaders can better learn and adapt their array of styles to a particular situation or environment, thus improving the likelihood of influencing a better performance outcome.

Feedback for leaders on the Leadership Interaction Styles Assessment allows for the executive to exhibit greater flexibility and influence in their responses to diverse people, teams and organizational demands.
