Corporate Alignment Diagnostic
ConvergencyPartners' Corporate Alignment Diagnostic framework looks at roadblocks through two lenses.   The first lens focuses on “what," “how," or “how well,” – and the second lens focuses on “where” – strategy, customer experience, economics and operations, or organizational behavior.  These, by nature, are interrelated and must be aligned.
